Smoke some thighs for 1 hour of hickory and then off to the grill until done. Cajun rub and bone suckin' sauce.

Looks amazing!! How did you find find the amount of smoke flavor after only smoking an hour?
There was not a ton of smoke but a nice addition to the chicken. Didn't really want to wait for 2 or 3 hours of smokin time for a Monday meal.
