Been curing for 7 days in the frig.
Started at 7 AM. Brushed a bit more honey on top and into the smoker it went with apple pellets in the Amaze smoker.
This is one of my smoker setups. Love the cold smoker attachment. stayed at 55 all dayyyyyy longggggg
The final result and now back in the frig overnight and slice and pack in the morning

Good looking bacon and your cold smoke adapter reminds me of the old slinky's we used to play with on the stairs.

I found this one for vanilla bourbon bacon off smoke ring. Really going to try this one .Looks really good.
