Mrs S bought some unsalted peanuts by mistake a couple weeks ago, so I have been thinking of some way to doctor them up.
When I did the Spam, I went ahead and put the peanuts in.

I checked them after 1 1/2 hours. They were drying nicely, and I thought I would give them another 30 minutes. Here is what I found:

P.S. The peanuts that were not burned were mighty tasty!!
If anyone can perfect this you can Scott.
Ooops! Back to mad scientist mode for you Seemore
Well Scott, we have all done things like that before. At least they were peanuts and not something like pistachios! :)

Pens, I think I have the pistachio thing down pat, but yes, I would have been P.O'd if it was pistachios and not peanuts.
