work takes me away from home and dispatch is always last minute. need to know i am home for sure to get a couple days in the back yard.

Looks good, got me thinking... I sure could use a couple chunks of smoked cheese to snack on. Wonder if I can find something in the fridge? :)

Yea, I was going through the cheese drawer and had to decide, Cooper, Xsharp cheddar, Horseradish, Pepperjack, Baby swiss and there may have been one or two more in there but I went with the cheddar. :D
