Title: smoking bell peppers

Anyone know how long to smoke bell peppers in a bradley 4 rack digital? Also at what temp in required?

It all depends on what you want to do with them. If I were going to use them in chili or stew or something like that I would cut them in half and remove the seeds, then lay them cut side down on the racks. Have the smoker preheated to about 150-160 F and smoke for about 40 minutes to an hour. depends on how much smoke you want. I do this when making chipotles but smoke for a longer time them move them to the dehydrator to finish drying. The cut side down will absorb more smoke than the smooth outside of the pepper.
