Title: Cherry-Apple wood smoked Pork and Banana stew

...lots of condensation with this smoke...

That looks great, I bet you could get some green plantains and smoke them for a few minutes and have a whole nother dimension to your stew.

Thanks SiFumar.When I first made this for my nephews,I got the,eeewww bananas,then they proceded to wolf it down!  :)

Thanks Saber 4.Plantains and I've also used sweet potatoes.It was originally a Cuban style stew and I just changed it up a tad.  :)
