Easy homemade authentic Alfredo sauce: 1 pint of heavy cream, 1 stick of butter, 2 cups of grated parmesean cheese, and lots of fresh cracked pepper. Heat the cream and butter on med/low heat and bring to temperature. Add the parmesean and pepper until its incorporated. Enjoy.
