Title: The last of my corned beef
Post by: pjplovedog on March 10, 2014, 01:44:04 PM
Well, I thought I would share these pics of the end of the first corned beef I have ever made.  I shared it with the family cooked with cabbage, then the leftovers were sliced and made into Ruebens.
Every person said that it was the best Corned beef and Rueben that they had ever tasted.

So, I will carry on and do more!!!!
Here are two photos of my lunch yesterday
Prepping the sammy:

Fabulous tasting.

Looks delicious!  Nice save after the weather ruined your pastrami plans.
