My wife has sourdough starter and has to make something with it every time she refreshes it, which is weekly.
She has been working on bread. She graduated from peasant loaves to sandwich bread.

Looks like sourdough on steroids!!!! Too bad tomatoes are not in season yet - it would make a great BLT!!!!

Those are some great looking loaves, maybe you could rustle up a BB&SC (bacon, bacon & Smoked Cheese) sammie with it
The bread looks great. Kinda like my mom used to make when I was a kid. I always loved fresh home made bread from the oven. :)
Good looking bread, and sour dough is one of my fav's. Toast or sammies always good.
I can almost smell and taste that from here! Great looking. :)
Miss June is pretty good at that!!
