Nice looking meat loaf and that has got to be the coolest meatloaf pan/rack I've ever seen.

I purchased it from Brinkman several years ago when I bought my Brinkman wood/charcoal grill. I got a basket for my daughter last year. Here is a link:

I agree smoked meatloaf is great and yours looks real good. And I love the basket, perfect for doing a meatloaf.
