I have a digital 4 rack. I've had it about six months and the bisquette feeder doesn't function properly. When i turn on the smoke generator it feeds a bisquette. It also feeds when i press the wood button but after that it doesn't feed bisquettes unless i press the wood button two or three times. Anyone have similar issues, if so how can I fix this issue?

Hi Tyler,I've found cleaning out the puck dust has taken care of that for me. I pull the smoke generator box out and unplug it from the smoke box. Then I've taken the plate off the bottom(4 screws if I remember right).Then I'll shake the box in all directions and watch all the puck dust fall out.That has worked for me. I hope it's that easy for you.
