Title: Dinner Time
Post by: dman4505 on August 19, 2014, 07:19:54 AM
Fired up the smoker last night
2lb Pork Sirloin Roast lathered in yellow mustard and coated with Brown Sugar & Spice Honey Ham Rub from Savory Spice Shop
2 hours of smoke with some leftover pucks @ 210
Total cook/smoke time to an IT 170 was 5 hours
Cream Corn and Pasta Salad on the side, topped the meat with some of Pat & Ann's Boss Hog's Sop'n Sauce

Looks yummy, thanks for sharing :)

Also, thanks for posting temp and total cook time; it's really helpful to get an idea of some sort even though actual times may vary a bit...
