Title: Need Customer Service

I bought my smoker 4 months ago and have really enjoyed it, but it caught on fire last weekend.  The biscuit advance did not advance the biscuit all the way and two biscuits smoked and caught my smoker on fire.  I opened the door on the smoker and flames shot out.  I unplugged it and used the garden hose to put the fire out.  Melted my door and the seals.  Darn.  I am glad I was home or I could have caught my wooden awning on fire.  I need to get with customer service asap.  Can't find a customer service number anywhere on the Bradley website.

Sounds odd because a biscuit does not burn only smoulders. I have never seen one catch fire, I'm betting grease somehow was dropping onto the pucks and then caught fire. But that is just a guess and anything could be possible. I'm sure they will help you out.  :)
