Title: What's for Dinner
Post by: AllDayFoodie on September 19, 2014, 05:23:51 PM
Friday night, hadn't planned anything, had a few chicken tenderloins, so I decided to smoke em! Why not. I put some pepper and a bit of blackening spice as a quick rub. Smoked em at 250 on cherry for an hour. They are so small and thin they cook up real fast.

Added some BBQ sauce and in for a quick trip under the broiler to caramelize the sauce.

Looks yummy. I love being able to answer the question, "I wonder if this will be good to try smoked?"
