Hey all, not new here but it has been a while and I am firing up the smoker to make some Christmas treats. I am doing about 45 lbs (5 tenderloins) of Maple Canadian Bacon (this is always asked for at Christmas) If I don't give it to family they just steal it lol. I am also doing some pulled pork and some ribs, and probably smoke a turkey for Christmas then finish it off in the Big Easy. Anyway, just thought I would say hi again
