Title: Cheese for Christmas
Post by: blokie on December 14, 2014, 07:02:48 AM
Thought I'd smoke a bit  of cheese for Christmas, almost 10lb of mozzarella and about 3lb of X old cheddar

I can eat it right out of the smoker, a lot can't. I'll give a lot out to family members and tell them not to open for as long as they can resist.
