Eight racks of cashews for two hours with apple.

 ;D The cashews were a big hit Christmas eve, three packs in one night gone. Even the dogs wanted some. HeHe

So, the nuts are on cheesecloth? Looks like you remove the lower drip plate for smoking things that will not drip?

Yes I use cheesecloth I get it from Uline bulk, I do remove the drip plate when cold smoking seames to do a better job.
