Title: Rckcrwlr's Super Bowl Brisket Beat down
Post by: Rckcrwlr on February 01, 2015, 08:31:43 AM
It's been a while since I have been here.  New job has taken all of my time away from smoking.

Was able to pull together time to do some briskets for the Super Bowl.

I have two briskets totaling around 13 lbs and one that I made prior and vac sealed.

Decided to take the one out and make burnt ends from it.

I finally bought a Tappeque and love the flexibility.

Note: don't put your phone on vibrate if you are expecting Tappeque to warn you of issues.   :-[
