Ok im getting ready to get me a new bradley. Since my old one died few years ago iv lost my recipes
So any help would be great. Here is my list
Canadian bacon. Id like one with using like a maple cure salt or salt. I loved my old recipes but did not care for the tender quick.
Ham
Belly bacon
Baby backs sweet and one hot
General rub for one for beef and pork
Rub for chicken and turkey
