Title: Biscuts not burning
Post by: bambam966 on March 20, 2015, 09:01:33 AM
Hi, I have a digital 4 rack smoker that is acting up. The wood biscuts are advancing but the element doesn't appear to be burning them. Has anyone seen this before. The unit is approx 2 years old

Do you see any charring on the bisquettes? Do you know if the burner is producing any heat?

Open your generator, and check the wiring to your bisquette burner. Even if it looks connected, unplug the wiring and reattach it.
