Hello to all,,got my new digital smoker last week and love it,,,looking forward to talking to everyone
I do a lot of fishing and did some trout up this weekend,,,unreal flavour . I did drink a few more beers than I usually do,,,,just curios is this a natural thing

Now to start looking at the forum recipes
