Title: 4 Rack Dig Smoker oven issues
Post by: Ross Byers on June 09, 2015, 04:05:54 PM
Hello folks,

I have a 4 rack digital smoker.  The element works when I plug the back of the cabinet to a power source. I have checked all the plugs, no rust or damage of any kind.  The fuse in the generator is intact.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Hi Roscoe;

Welcome to the forum.

A little more information will help us provide some help. Is this a new smoker out of the box? Does the digital display light up at all? Are you seeing any error messages?

Have you open the generator to make sure all wiring connections are securely connected, especially the wiring going to the socket? Even if they look connected, make sure they are securely connected. The below link shows how to open your generator.
