Title: New Nebraska Smoker eager to learn.
Post by: cattledog on June 27, 2015, 09:57:11 AM
Got the Bradley 4 rack digital for father's day.    Whole family really likes smoke turkey so this is my main focus poking around on the forum.
Given the meat I had on hand, I smoked some chicken drummies a couple days ago.  Not bad for 1st time out.  Trying ribs today.  Looking forward to learning how to get the most out of my Bradley.
I've only seasoned and smoked meat once each but have had no issues.  Seems pretty straight forward and no fuss.  Hope that continues.  Thanks to all who have contributed and created a wealth on knowledge on this forum.

Welcome to the forum!  I'm in Lincoln, NE.  Smoke/cooked turkey breast (bone-in) is one of our favorites.  Check out Susanminor.org for some great recipes by forum members.  Enjoy the adventure!  As Tenpoint5 has been known to say, "If  you can eat it, you can smoke it"!
