Title: 6.5 pound boneless pork shoulder. Temperature and approximate? Thanks

I've done lots of larger but not one this small. Don't want to turn it into a rock. Suggestions are gratefully welcome

Pesky, I find that it usually takes about 1 1/2  to 2 hours per pound at 225F to bring the shoulder up to an IT of 195.

For pulled pork simply do the fork test. Otherwise go by meat temp.
