Hey everyone, I just got a Bradley original smoker from my parent in laws for Christmas. I have a little smoking experience from using my brother masterbuilt 40" electric smoker. I smoked about 200 lbs of pork shoulders for pulled pork for my wedding receptions to save me tons of money and they turn out awesome. I have did some research on the bradley smoker and I did purchase a Ivation Long range wireless thermometer dual probe and I also built a cart for the smoker with a wind break surrounding the smoker. I think all I need to buy now to make this smoker great is to buy the Auber Pid controller and I should be set. Does anyone else have anything else I maybe should consider doing.
