A relative just returned from Florida and raved about the smoked hamburgers she ate. Apparently ground beef, pork and perhaps a bit of lamb but she wasn't positive on the latter. Smoked for about 5 hours and served. Claimed to be the best ever tasted.
Does anyone have a proven recipe to recommend that I could try and duplicate? I would have been leery about Bradley smoker temp getting high enough for hamburger but I guess after 5 hours of smoking they should be good to go??
thanks for any assistance out there. Off in a few minutes to try and land a winter spring in Vancouver area (so far this year they've been avoiding my hooks!).

Many on here have done meatloaf in the Bradley. I have. Just crank up the temp. Personally I prefer to grill burgers over a wood fire or on the pellet pooper. I am not a big fan of mixing pork and beef except when you top a beef burger with bacon.
