Title: multiple pork butts
Post by: smokin stu on August 15, 2006, 06:20:43 PM
I have been pretty consistent with cooking pork butts (1 1/2 hours a pound plus an hour for the smoker, with 8 hours of smoke - 200 to 220), and they are excellent.  How do I estimate the time if I put in two or even three butts at once? ???

I always FTC for 3-5 hours so a ball park estimate is all I need.
