Title: And another quality problem...
Post by: Tominator on July 17, 2004, 06:08:22 PM
Went to load the BS with jerky just now and I see the plastic that is just below the door and houses the heat control is cracked from the inside all the way to the hole the heat control sticks out of.

The unit has not been moved from the table it sits on since my first load of meat. The heat has never gone above 250. Lokking close it appears the screw in the middle is over tightened as it dimples the plastic and the crack goes right through the hole.

Will be calling them AGAIN monday morning[:(]

I am beginning to think that the day your BS was assembled, quality control was fishing!  Terrible luck.  I sure hope they are sending free bisquettes to make it up to you for the trouble!
