Hi all,
Having problems with the pucks advancing. Tried getting to the post that shows how to open the puck generator and can't get in, same goes for FAQ'S.. I just want to know how to open it up so I can clean the inside of puck dust. Any help would be appreciated.

Remove your smoke generator, turn it upside down and remove the 8 perimeter screws. Don't remove the screws in the middle. The generator will open clamshell style giving you access to the inside. As for the website you are referring to, yes it is down and we can't seem to get a good answer as to why. There is an archived link I will post for you.

That link only has the recipes. It doesn't include the FAQ section, the user modifications or several others. Here's a link to the archives that does have all of those.

The link you gave will also get you to the FAQ's; you just have to click on "Forum" link and that takes you to the home page where the link to the FAQ's link are.
