Hello... Just joined up as I just bought the Bradley Jim Beam digital smoker. Looking forward to surfing around and learning how to smoke and try some tasty recipes. Also spent all day yesterday making a small stand for it. It's seasoning right now, then I'm going out to get some pork ribs!
