Hello! I just got my Bradley Original smoker for xmas. My wife gave it to me early so we can cook with it for family! Its my first smoker ever, and i was excited so I smoked a pork loin during the recent -17 degree weather! I learned a few things in the process, and it was rather tasty. I am looking forward to many more fair weather cooking experiences.
LOL and Welcome to the Forum nateo. I guess you never outgrow Christmas gifts :). I hope you seasoned your smoker prior to using it for the first time? You will find lots of recipes, help and guidance here from many forum members. Enjoy and have fun.
