Hi, last autumn I bought a 4 rack BDS and already did some good jobs with it. (Pulled pork, ribs, ...) This year I want to use it more and also want to do some mods. By searching for information and mods, I found this interesting forum.
I'm quite sure to find some answers and good tips here.

You can find lots of recipes and mod ideas from the old Bradley user recipe site. It is no longer running but you can still d/l the entire recipe and mods collection from the link below. Look in there for two links to GSReader v2.8 and Recipe V5.
