Title: Ribs/Chicken breast
Post by: deputy374 on April 20, 2018, 03:11:15 PM
Good evening!  I got a new Bradley Smoker and want to use it tomorrow for ribs and chicken breast (boneless).  Has anyone done both at once?  What temp and how long for each? Thanks in advance!

Well, when I do ribs I usually do it at 225 for about 6 hours using the 3-2-1 method that you can find under recipe tab. Have not done much chicken but when I have  that also was at 225 but only for a couple of hours. I am not sure, but I would think you would want to make sure the ribs are above the chicken. Maybe someone with more experience than me will be along to verify. Also for ribs I use hickory or apple flavored pucks. For chicken I like to go with cherry but apple may work also. If you use hickory it may be to strong of flavor for the chicken.
