Half rack spare ribs, and chicken wings with tips. Tips make good broth later. Got baked beans and smoked yams too! Using 8 Apple pucks plus Hickory and Apple pellets in my A-Maze-N smoker tube. Plan to supply smoke 4 hours on ribs, 2 hours on beans and chicken wings. I usually don't foil my ribs, so I'll finish them with just heat after 4 hours with no smoke. The yams are really good with light smoke, hour or less with a little brown sugar on top.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180724/dfc2f142a0f244545d63da522f6c49b6.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180724/a24da13a4347a79fe53c890244242511.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180724/495a03ba08150f53dbf808a8eb9d9ddb.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180724/8d3f9f6cab3673a2499512e264352421.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180724/755bb5bd0ebeab58079a5097375c69fd.jpg)

So what time is dinner? I am getting hungry :P :P
Dude! I live at the end of the earth, all down hill from here, but we will go down on a full belly! This is kinda how we roll in South Carolina! Kinda new to the Bradley World but I've had good luck so far, let you know after tonight's meal.[emoji106]

Looking good there BBQ Tom! Same question as watchdog, I was half way to your place earlier today, Fargo ND. If I knew sooner I could have turned around and made my way down.
Enjoy and good eating.
Always a place at my table for good folks who love cooking!
