The LED display on my 4 rack smoker no longer shows all the numbers.
I assume the timers start at 0, please advise how may minutes are added by each push of the up arrow?
Likewise, does the temp come on at a preset number?
What is it?
How many degrees does it increase for each arrow push?

time is increased by 20 min intervals for each push.
Temperature increase is 10 degrees per push.
