My 4 rack is not heating up. Turn to high to warm up and it's only getting to 130*. Not sure if it's the control box or element.

Sound like the bisquette burner is only heating your cabinet. If it is new try unplugging and plugging the short power cord that goes from the cabinet to the generator. Some times this has to be done to get a good power connections. If you've been using it for a while, and this suddenly happened, you will need to post more information; because there could be other reasons; such as a blown inline fuse, bad element etc. So more information will help us help you to trouble shoot.
