Title: Problem with open door message

I tried to smoke yesterday on my 2 month old smart smoker but it kept saying the door was open and all controls were disabled, could not get it to work, I cleaned with a damp cloth all the contour of the door and smoker but did not work, any suggestions? thank you.

Just to update, the problem was solved yesterday, it apears the stereo cable made a false, I cleaned it up and connected it tight and started working.

Thank you manxman, it turned out fine altough I had to cook them in a WSM due to the open door message.
