Title: TWS Brisket

Have your recipe but confused Under Smoking step # 8 says into 220 F oven - but I want to know for how long. This recipe is a bit confusing for a 73 year old.

Exactly which recipe?  I believe you generally want to cook a brisket until it gets to around 205F.  This can take 16 hours or so, depending on your brisket.  You may want to wrap with foil or butcher paper after the temperature reaches 165F.
