Title: Smoker won't heat
Post by: KSmoke on May 11, 2021, 10:35:31 AM
Hi!  We love our Bradley smoker but it won't heat at all.  We have checked plugs and they are tight.  What should I do next?

Thank you!

It could possibly be a bad heating element . Mine did not work right out of the box because I had the wires accidentally routed for cold smoking. Once I corrected that it has worked flawlessly in all respects.
If you are not getting any heat and the wiring is correct   , it could  possibly be a bad heating element. If it is new , you should probably call Bradley and inquire about it . Their phone number is right on the front page of the owners manual .

Hi KSmoke;

Welcome to the forum.

It would be helpful to know which model you have, and how long you have had it.
