Post by: smokin_jer on November 11, 2022, 10:26:29 AM
I purchased some Ginger Sesame bisquettes as they sounded interesting.
Has anyone used them for an Exceptional recipe?

I haven't tried the Ginger/Sesame flavor, but have used their Sage, Beer, Caribbean, and Chile/Cumin blends, and am surprised as to how much flavor they impart into the food.

If I were to use the Ginger/Sesame blend, I would mainly used them when smoking foods that are prepared in Caribbean, or East Asian style cuisine. But those bisquettes also sound like they would be good for any poultry or fish dish.
