This Thread. (http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=4124.0) I helping jimguy learn how to code recipes for the recipe site and yours is his first lesson.
However, as I was going over your directions we need some clarification.
Directions:- Cut poultry into 2" pieces.
- Place melted butter in a blow and add spices.
- Coat poultry in the butter/spices.
- Cover with plastic and put in refrigerator for one hour.
- Slice onions and layer into a disposable 8 or 9 inch square pan. Why a disposable pan?
- Add poultry.
- Re-melt remaining butter and pour over the top of poultry.
- Preheat smoker to 250 degrees. Is the meat smoked while in the pan or is it removed?
- Cook at 250 on the top rack for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or internal temp of 170-180.
- It took 1-1/2 hours for me. I used cherry wood.
Please advise us so we can finish up your recipe and then add it to the public forums.
Thank you!
