Title: Cheddar And Colby
Post by: David6340 on August 12, 2004, 07:54:51 PM
Cold smoked an 8oz block of Cheddar and Colby. Ice in the drip pan and a couple bowls of ice on the bottom rack. Unplugged the box from the smoke generator. Tried to keep temp below 100f. Used cherry wood for about 45 minutes. Came out great!

David,
I cold smoked some white cheddar a few weeks ago with special blend.  Found it to be good on almost everything.  Congrats and Happy Smokin'.
