Title: Buckboard bacon

I am curing some pork loins with buckboard bacon cure ,any suggestions on what woo to use next weekend to smoke it?

Mamdo,

It really comes down to prefrance.  I would however stay away from mesquite(the devil's wood).  My vote wood be for maple or pecan, third choice may be hickory.  Let us know how it turns out and what you think...
