Title: Cross Rib Roast in a BS?

I searched and found a thread for a cross rib roast but it didn't have any follow up on how to do it in the BS. Anyone done one of these in the bs?

Tiny - That is two posts that you suggested to just throw it in and see what happens. I see a pattern developing :)

See your Rump Roast Post.....My suggestion there would work with a cross rib roast.

Really? ;) :D  I've learned not to worry about things with the Bradley.  As long as I leave out things I don't like, I ain't gonna ruin the meat. :D
