Title: help with pulled pork

Having some pepole over for the packer game on sunday and I am smoking 12.5 lbs of boston butt how long will 12 pounds take about ?

If it's boneless and one roast I'd sway toward 10 to 12 hours @ 215F. I'd start it tonoght and pull it in the morning and shred it. You can always reheat it in a covered pan with some broth or juice in the oven for a hour or so @ 250 or in a crock pot.
