Title: French Chicken
Post by: Tiny Tim on October 11, 2007, 12:30:22 PM
Okay, it might not have come from France or had anything really to do with the French, but that's what I'm calling it.  ;D ;D

Had some chicken breasts in the fridge that I wanted to make for supper, so I dumped some French Dressing on them as my Italian was growing white fuzzy things.  Let them chill in the fridge for about 5 hours before giving them a nice sear on both sides, then covered over medium heat for about another 10-15 minutes.

The first 2 were AWESOME, nice and tender, maybe needing a little pepper or something, but otherwise great flavor.  The third one, for some reason, was really tough and was shredding instead of cut.  I'm thinking it was the chicken that caused it, but I can't really say for sure.
