Just somthing different.

Ddidnt have no bacardi so my neighbor gave me his cheap rum :o
Going to do a rum glaze on it too.

Funny...I just ripped a recipe out of the LA Times on Sunday to try the rum cake!!! It was a Bacardi ad and looked delicious!! Tell us how it came out...please? I was thinking Christmas....we're doing a pumpkin bannana mousse tart for Thanksgiving...
