Title: Iceman's Sauce - International
Post by: 3rensho on December 09, 2007, 07:44:22 AM
We had a bunch of people in for brunch today; friends from France, Germany and Switzerland (we live close to the borders of both countries).  I put out a bowl of Iceman's Sauce and it was an unqualified hit!!  Some had it on the Frickadellen ( something in between a meatball and a burger patty) and others liked it on the buffalo wings.  One even tried a bit on her quiche.  Nothing but great comments by all.  You really have a hit there Pat and Ann.  I'll be ordering more soon.

Pat,

I foresee the time coming when you quit your job and become an a full time International  suppier of sauce and rubs...

While your sauce is great for dipping, IMO where it really shines is when the meat is dusted well with your rub and then at the correct time your sauce is added ... I'm talking about grillin' chicken etc.
