Title: check out these hanging pork chops

just loaded these up, moped with a mustard sauce and some rub, will take some after photos when there are done, What do you think of my stainless steel hanging rack?

Rob,
Were any alcoholic beverages involved between the first and last pics?
They look like, well blurry?  How did they taste?  Glad your havin' fun!!!
