Title: New Smoker Question

I just got a new smoker for christmas and my smoke generator keeps feeding fresh, unsmoked bisquettes into my water bowl.  I've already wasted two bags of bisquettes. Any suggestions?

This is the second time I've read about such a phenomena, but have never talked with the folks at Bradley about it. I would call them immediately at 800-665-4188 and ask to talk with Michael. He'll get you taken care of.

SOUNDS LIKE THE ADVANCE IS DEFECTIVE ON YOUR GENERATOR. EITHER A SCREW IS LOOSE INSIDE AND IT'S NOT CATCHING TO STOP IT FROM ADVANCING (OR EVEN THE ADVANCE BUTTON COULD BE JAMMED IN). YOU CAN CALL ANYONE AT BRADLEY SMOKER WARRANTY PARTS AND THEY CAN HELP YOU OUT. JUST HAVE THE PURCHASE DATE, WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED FROM AND THE SERIAL NUMBER OFF THE BACK OF THE SMOKER READY AND IT WILL BE SENT OUT WITHIN A WEEK. HOPE THAT HELPS!

hello tr.i had the same trouble with biscut advance.called bradley and i had a new one in less than a week.no problems since.good luck .
